After the diesel engine is started, the speed should be gradually increased. After checking that all the conditions are intact, the no-load operation from low speed to rated speed can be performed. During no-load operation, focus on checking the oil pressure, whether there is abnormal noise, excitation current, three-phase voltage change, etc. If there is any abnormality - stop immediately and check. After finding out the situation, start again. If everything is ok, you can put it into normal operation. The operator should closely monitor the changes of the instrument on the control panel, whether it is within the scope of the license, and make corresponding adjustments.

During operation, the operator should keep a safe distance from the live equipment and wear the labor protection equipment. The switching operation should pay attention to the sequence. If the power is cut off, the branch switches should be disconnected first, then the main switch should be disconnected, and then the four-pole double-throwing switch should be switched. When power is supplied, the order is reversed. For normal shutdown, the partial load should be removed first, then the main switch should be disconnected, and the diesel engine should be shut down. It is not allowed to pull off the main switch, and the diesel engine will be powered off automatically if it is turned off. After the shutdown, the unit is routinely inspected and the operation status (work diary) is recorded.

In the event of an electric shock, the power switch should be turned off quickly or the power supply should be quickly disconnected or disconnected from the power supply. Then rescue and ask the doctor to come to the scene to rescue. In the event of a flood of electrical equipment, the power supply should be cut off immediately and reported to the local power supply station for fire fighting. Dry fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, etc. should be used for fire fighting of live equipment, and water is not allowed.
