What should I do if the speed of the diesel generator is unstable after starting?

Cause of issue:

Air supply to the oil supply pipe;

Improper adjustment of the speed control board gain or stability;

The speed lever is too large.

Troubleshooting:

Check the oil supply pipe to treat the leaking part to prevent air from entering the oil supply pipe. Reset the gain and stability adjustment potentiometer on the speed control board;

According to the value of over speed or low speed, properly reduce or increase the opening degree of the speed control lever before starting the machine, then turn on the machine, and adjust the opening degree of the lever according to the engine speed.
