The cause of the failure:Because there are many pressure seals in the engine, such as between the cylinder liner-piston-piston ring and the supercharger-supercharger rotor shaft, this seal is generally about 1/3 of the load on the engine. Only when the load is fully exerted, there may be slight leakage when the load is small, otherwise the following faults may occur: 1) The piston-cylinder liner is not well sealed, the oil is smashed, it enters the combustion chamber to burn, and the exhaust smokes blue smoke; 2) For supercharged diesel engines, the boost pressure is low due to low load and no load. It is easy to cause the sealing effect of the supercharger oil seal (non-contact type) to drop, the oil is poured into the plenum chamber, and the intake air enters the cylinder; 3) A part of the oil from the upper jaw to the cylinder is involved in the combustion. Some of the oil cannot be completely burned, and carbon deposits are formed at the valve, the intake port, the piston top, the piston ring, etc., and some are discharged with the exhaust gas in the exhaust pipe. Gathering or forming coke, and when the accumulated oil and carbon deposits to a certain extent, it will flow out from the interface of the exhaust manifold; 4) The supercharged indoor oil of the supercharger accumulates to a certain extent, and will leak from the joint surface of the supercharger; 5) Long-term small-load operation will be more serious, resulting in increased wear of moving parts, deterioration of engine combustion environment, etc., leading to the consequences of the overhaul period.
Treatment method: When using, the low load/no load running time should be minimized, and the minimum load should not be lower than 25%-30% of the rated power of the unit;
